Secrets of Sydney Tours exclude liability and will not be responsible for any loss damage or injury arising from or connected with a tour no matter how that loss damage or injury is caused

Secrets of Sydney Tours are not liable for any loss damage or inconvenience arising from a delay in the scheduled tour taking place as well as loss or damage arising from a participant's failure to inform Secrets of Sydney Tours of any pre-existing medical or psychological conditions

All Participants on Secrets of Sydney Walking Tours acknowledge and agree that they participate in this tour at their own risk

Privacy Policy

Secrets of Sydney Tours recognize the importance of protecting your privacy.  We use information provided directly from you for communication purposes only, and do not give any information to third parties

Conditions  

Tours of Secrets of Sydney Tours do not operate on Christmas Day Boxing Day New Year's Eve New Year's Day and Good Friday.

Tours of Secrets of Sydney Tours are subject to change without notice and without incurring liability

Tours of Secrets of Sydney Tours are subject to minimum numbers

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times during a Secrets of Sydney tour

Tour locations may be subject to change without notice

Weather Conditions

Secrets of Sydney walking tours operate rain hail or shine, so please bring either wet weather gear, umbrellas, hats & sunscreen as well as wearing comfortable walking shoes

Secrets of Sydney will not proceed should they decide that the weather makes the participation of the tour unsafe, or for any other reason, at the absolute discretion of Secrets of Sydney

Saturday’s tours are easy walking with some stairs

Sunday's tours require some fitness with stairs and cobblestones and uneven walking surfaces

Cancellation Policy

Administration fees of $10.00 apply for cancellations of any confirmed tour bookings

Tour bookings can only be changed with confirmation of written notice (email confirmation)to Secrets of Sydney Tours within seven days before the date of the booked tour with a change in tour date being requested (depending on availability) or a refund.

If you cancel your tour booking less than seven days before the original date of the tour you can choose to 'gift your tour' to a friend, colleague or family member who must use the original date of the tour.  No refund is available for a cancellation of a tour which is less than seven days before the original booking
